All About Us!

Welcome to our blog!  We are going to try to update this regularly but no promises!  To get caught up to now, Tyler and I have been married for over 6 years and have two amazing children.  Cole will be 4 in December and Annalise will be 8 weeks Saturday!

This is our first family photo with all four of us!

Tyler and I both work full-time and we are just adjusting to this new addition!  Life with two kids is SO different than with one but we wouldn't change it for the world.  We LOVE the Lord and are committed to raising our family the way He leads us to.  We attend Crossgates Baptist Church (amazing!) and help with the preschool ministry there.  We love being with our family and friends!

Cole is a busy boy who loves big machines (think bulldozers and track hoes...) and spending lots of time with the family.  He loves his little sister and is always wanting to help out with her.  He just started playing soccer and seems to really enjoy it which is a relief!  For those of you who witnessed us at t-ball you know what I mean!  He spends his days at Mrs. Nancy's and Lakeside Preschool which he loves!

Cole's first day of soccer practice!
Our newest little joy is Annalise Grace.  She surprised us on August 7 by deciding she would make her debut a little earlier than expected!  I went in to labor early and off we went!

She is such a sweet baby and loves her big brother!  She started sleeping through the night at 7 weeks (YAY!!!) and is happiest cuddling with us!  We really couldn't ask for anything better from a newborn!

So that is the quick version of us!  Like I said, I'll try to update this regularly but we'll just see how that goes.  To be honest, I started a blog in 2008 (only did 2 posts in 2 years) and just deleted it and started all over again!  So, it is my hope that this blog will be a record of all the crazy things that happen day to day that we forget all about as time goes on!  I heard another mother on the radio the other day say that she is just going to "Enjoy the Journey".  Sounds like a good idea to me!

Be Blessed,
Kristi
